乳腺癌复发相关基因的文献计量学和生物信息学分析

[目的]总结对乳腺癌复发具有重要价值的相关基因,以便在基因检测基础上更精确有效地指导乳腺癌的分子预测,及时发现复发病例。[方法]以Embase、Medline/Pubmed、BIOSIS Preview数据库为文献来源,采用文献计量分析法对近10年乳腺癌复发相关基因文献进行统计,对其出版年、作者、国家、研究机构、发表期刊进行计量学分析,并对涉及的基因及其产物进行功能分类及通路分析。[结果]共有378篇文献入组,涉及650个乳腺癌复发相关基因。生物信息学分析提示关键基因共87个,瓶颈基因共44个,同时为关键基因和瓶颈基因的有TP53、ESR1CDH1、MYC、EGFR、TNF、CCND1、PCNA、SRC、NFKB1、Bcl-2、IGF1、PPARG、TOP2A、BIRC5、CDK1、VEGFA、BRCA1、FOS、AR、IL6、CCNA2、PTGS2、CDKN1A、CD44、HIF1A、STAT1、APP、ERBB2、FOXM1、PARP1、RRM2、MMP9、RB1、IL8、MKI67、FEN1、KIAA0101。[结论]乳腺癌复发相关的关键基因和瓶颈基因应重视,在此基础上深入研究,可使这些基因从临床角度更好地指导乳腺癌的复发监测,从而改善乳腺癌患者的预后。 [Objective] To summarize the related genes with important value for the recurrence of breast cancer so as to guide the molecular prediction of breast cancer more accurately and effectively on the basis of genetic testing and find out the recurrence cases in time. [Methods] With the database of Embase, Medline / Pubmed and BIOSIS Preview as the source of the literature, the literature about the relapse of breast cancer in the recent 10 years was collected by using bibliometric analysis, and the published years, authors, countries, research institutes and published journals Metrological analysis, and functional classification and pathway analysis of the involved genes and their products. [Results] A total of 378 articles were included in the study, involving 650 breast cancer recurrence related genes. Bioinformatics analysis indicated that there were 87 key genes and 44 bottleneck genes in total. Key genes and bottleneck genes included TP53, ESR1CDH1, MYC, EGFR, TNF, CCND1, PCNA, SRC, NFKB1, Bcl- PPARG TOP2A BIRC5 CDK1 VEGFA BRCA1 FOS AR IL6 CCNA2 PTGS2 CDKN1A CD44 HIF1A STAT1 APP ERBB2 FOXM1 PARP1 RRM2 MMP9 RB1 IL8 MKI67 FEN1, KIAA0101. [Conclusion] Key genes and bottleneck genes related to recurrence of breast cancer should be emphasized. Based on these studies, further study will help to better guide the recurrence and monitoring of breast cancer from the clinical point of view and thus improve the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
