诺维本(NVB)是新一代长春碱类抗肿瘤药,是作用于细胞周期M期的植物碱类抗癌药,通过阻滞微蛋白聚合形成微管和诱导微管解聚,使细胞分裂停止在有丝分裂中期,属细胞周期特异性药物,其主要不良反应是血液系统毒性和注射部位静脉炎.由于诺维本静滴时有较强的局部刺激性,致静脉炎发生率达到100%,不但给患者增加了痛苦,而且还影响了化疗的进程,部分患者因疼痛而停止治疗.
