选矿厂磨选作业的电能消耗占选矿厂总电能消耗的55%左右,最高达70%。因此如何根据生产实际进行磨选作业的工艺流程改革,降低电能消耗,提高经济效益是选矿技术的重要课题之一。1982年,我们对选矿进行了挖潜攻关,两次改革了磨选作业工艺流程。经83年的生产实践,改革后的工艺流程,操作方便,指标稳定:共节电100.6万度,合计增益16.75万元。
Concentrator mill selection of electrical energy consumption accounted for about 55% of the total power consumption of the concentrator, up to 70%. Therefore, it is one of the most important topics for beneficiation technology that how to reform the technological process of grinding operations according to actual production to reduce power consumption and increase economic benefits. In 1982, we tapped the potential of mineral processing, reforming the milling process twice. After 83 years of production practice, the reform of the process, easy operation, stable indicators: a total of 100.6 million kWh, the total gain of 16.75 million.
