目的对卵巢过度刺激综合征导致会阴部水肿的患者应用护理干预的临床效果进行探讨。方法 77例卵巢过度刺激综合征导致会阴部水肿的患者24例,对其采取针对性护理措施,观察临床效果。结果 24例经过护理干预后,18例会阴部水肿症状消退,0例会阴部出现水肿破溃现象,所有患者腹水得到缓解,并逐渐消退,生命体征相对平稳,尿量恢复正常,病情得到好转。结论对会阴部水肿患者进行护理干预,患者会阴部的水肿明显减轻,疼痛有所缓解,对护理的满意度提高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome leading to perineal edema. Methods A total of 77 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome caused perineal edema in 24 patients, to take targeted care measures to observe the clinical effect. Results After 24 cases of nursing intervention, 18 cases of perineal edema subsided, 0 cases of perineal edema and ulceration occurred in all patients ascites were relieved, and gradually faded, the relatively stable vital signs, urine output returned to normal, the condition improved. Conclusion Nursing intervention for perineal edema patients, patients with perineal edema was significantly reduced, the pain eased, the satisfaction of nursing increased.
