近年来,随着国家相关激励政策的出台和实施,以及风电技术的进步,风电开发成本不断下降。发电企业投资风电的热情也随之高涨,有力地促进了我国风电并网规模的迅速提升,已经初步实现了规模化、产业化发展。从装机容量看,风电已成为我国继火电、水电之后的第三大电源。据初步统计,截至2012年底,全国风电并网规模达到6083万千瓦,同比增长31.6%,占全国总装机容量的5.3%。我国风电并网规模已超过美国,位列世界第一。“十一五”期间,并网风电装机容量年均增长率为94.6%,风电发电量年均增长率98.6%,大大高于同期全国发电总装机和年总发电量的增速。由于风能资源分布的不均衡,我国各省区并网风电规模和发展速度差异较大,风电发展呈现集中分布的特点。2012
In recent years, with the introduction and implementation of relevant state incentive policies and the progress of wind power technology, the cost of wind power development has been declining. The enthusiasm of the power generation enterprises to invest in wind power also rose rapidly, which effectively promoted the rapid increase of the scale of wind power integration in our country and has initially realized the large-scale and industrialized development. From the installed capacity, wind power has become China’s third largest power source after thermal power and hydropower. According to preliminary statistics, as of the end of 2012, the scale of grid-connected wind power in China reached 60.83 million kilowatts, up 31.6% over the same period of last year and accounting for 5.3% of the total installed capacity of the country. China’s wind power grid has exceeded the size of the United States, ranked first in the world. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the average annual growth rate of installed capacity of grid-connected wind power generation was 94.6% and the average annual growth rate of wind power generation was 98.6%, much higher than the growth rate of total installed generating capacity and total annual generating capacity of the country in the same period. Due to the unbalanced distribution of wind energy resources, the size and speed of grid-connected wind power in various provinces and autonomous regions in China vary greatly, and the development of wind power is characterized by concentrated distribution. 2012
