继环腺苷酸(cAMP)发现之后,在大白鼠尿中发现了环鸟苷酸(cGMP)。现已证明cGMP也参与细胞信息的传递与机能调节,与cAMP有密切关系。但是由于cGMP在生理情况下含量较低(只及cAMP的1/100)因此在研究上造成一定困难。这也是目前我们对cGMP功能认识所以不及对cAMP那样清楚的原因之一。不过已有许多实验资料表明,在某些细胞机能变化中,除伴随有cAMP量的变化外,也伴有cGMP量的变化。因此已知的cAMP功能
Following the discovery of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) was found in rat urine. It has been demonstrated that cGMP is also involved in the transmission of cellular information and functional regulation, and cAMP are closely related.
