在上世纪末发端的中国社会大变革中,把改革和开放并提。改革是制度创新,是建立市场经济体制;开放是把国内市场和国际市场融为一体,建立开放型经济。改革和开放相互联系、相互推进。开放,引进来的市场经济的种种规范、制度、行为准则和思维方式,不断地冲击着计划经济体制的方方面面,加速了它的瓦解。开放是改革的催化剂, 开放推动了改革,加速了市场经济体制的建立;改革,不断建立起适应市场经济的种种规范、制度、行为准则和思维方式,为开放创造了更好的环境。改革, 又进一步扩大了开放。然而,中国开放之路是非常曲折的。
In the great social revolution that started in China at the end of the last century, the reform and opening up were mentioned. Reform is a system innovation and a market economy system. Opening up integrates the domestic market with the international market and establishes an open economy. Reform and opening up are interrelated and promote each other. The various norms, systems, codes of conduct and modes of thinking of an open and imported market economy continue to impact on all aspects of the planned economic system and accelerate its collapse. Opening up is a catalyst for reform. Opening up has promoted reform and accelerated the establishment of a market economy system. Reform has continually established various norms, systems, codes of conduct and modes of thinking that adapt to a market economy and has created a better environment for opening up. Reform, but also further expanded opening up. However, the road to China’s opening up is very tortuous.
