目的:建立了分光光度法测定氯化十四烷基二甲基苄铵的新方法。方法:在pH 11.5~12.5碱性介质中,利用4,4′-二(2-氯-4-硝基重氮氨基)联苯(CNDADP)与氯化十四烷基二甲基苄铵(Zeph)的显色反应,在最大吸收波长580 nm处,用光度法测定水样中微量的Zeph。结果:Zeph的浓度在0~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内符合比耳定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为2.39×104L/mol.cm。结论:方法简单,灵敏度高,选择性较好,可用于水中微量氯化十四烷基二甲基苄铵的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. METHODS: The effects of 4,4’-bis (2-chloro-4-nitrodanilino) biphenyl (CNDADP) and tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride Zeph) color reaction at the maximum absorption wavelength of 580 nm, photometric determination of trace amounts of water Zeph. Results: The concentration of Zeph in the range of 0 ~ 3.0 × 10-5mol / L is consistent with Beer ’s law. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.39 × 104L / mol.cm. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and selective. It can be used for the determination of trace tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride in water.
