出生体重(birth weight,Bw)是胎儿在宫内生长状况的主要衡量指标。高原与高山地区孕妇可发生胎儿宫内生长迟缓(intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR),出现低出生体重(low birth weight,LBW),这种影响早在十九世纪四十年代中期就已引起关注。近年来国内外学者根据孕期监测,出生检查、胎盘观察等资料与海拔高度相关性进行了大量的研究。现就有关报导作一简略综述。
Birth weight (Bw) is a major measure of fetal intrauterine growth. Pregnant women in the plateau and high mountain areas may have intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and low birth weight (LBW), a phenomenon that has drawn much attention as early as the mid-1940s. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars based on pregnancy monitoring, birth examination, placental observation and other data and altitude correlation of a large number of studies. Now make a brief summary of the report.
