近二十年来,国外对非晶合金的理论研究和技术应用,都取得了很大的进展。非晶态合金具有许多特殊的性能,例如:很高的强度和一定的延性、高的抗腐蚀性能、突出的电学性能,磁学性能和热学性能等。但是有些良好的性能还往往表现在晶化的状态下,而且较稳定。例如:Vitek等在研究非晶Cu—Zr合金时,发现热处理后的完全晶化状态具有最大的硬度值。因此,研究非晶合金在晶化过程中的各种性能变化具有很大的实际意义。
In the recent two decades, great progress has been made in the theoretical research and technical application of amorphous alloys abroad. Amorphous alloy has many special properties, such as: high strength and ductility, high corrosion resistance, outstanding electrical properties, magnetic properties and thermal properties. However, some good performance is often manifested in the crystallization state, but also more stable. For example, Vitek et al. Found that the fully-crystallized state after heat treatment has the highest hardness value when studying amorphous Cu-Zr alloy. Therefore, the study of amorphous alloy in the crystallization process of various performance changes have great practical significance.
