1.临床资料男30例,女26例。年龄5～15岁。轻中型51例,重型5例。胸闷50例(叹气后感稍好转),乏力56例(稍活动感觉累),发热10例,心悸30例,头晕20例,面色苍白多汗10例,食欲不佳50例,呕区吐2例。听诊心音低钝18例。全部病例无病理性杂音,无咳嗽、盗汗。无其他系统疾病。①全部病例作常规心电图,表现窦性心律不齐42例,窦性心动过缓6例(伴不完全左、右束支传导阻滞各1例),窦性心动过速40例,早搏10例(其中三联
