DWA-928脱水压榨机是我厂1978年从瑞典引进的。该设备用于把制浆生产线上的浆料浓缩至二段磨所需浓度。该机的脱水压榨辊筒由液压马达驱动,驱动液压马达的油由变量油泵提供。该变量泵与供油泵及相应的液压元件、电气元件构成了一整套电液伺服闭环控制系统,保证脱水压榨辊筒以恒转矩稳定工作。由于系统配置比较复杂,需耗费大量外汇进口配件。为了使该机既能保证正常工作,又节约外汇开支,现就该系统的工作原理及其国产化方案加以探讨。
DWA-928 dehydration press is our factory imported from Sweden in 1978. This equipment is used to concentrate the slurry in the pulp production line to the concentration required for the second stage mill. The machine’s dehydration squeezing roller is driven by a hydraulic motor and the oil that drives the hydraulic motor is supplied by a variable displacement pump. The variable pump and oil pump and the corresponding hydraulic components, electrical components constitute a complete set of electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control system to ensure that the dehydration squeezing roller steady torque work. As the system configuration is more complicated, it takes a large amount of imported foreign exchange accessories. In order to make the machine not only ensure normal work but also save foreign exchange expenses, the working principle of the system and its localization plan are discussed.
