目前,海洋经济和文化产业已经成为我国发展不可忽视的重要领域。研究滨海旅游业、海洋节庆会展业、涉海休闲体育业、涉海艺术业四大海洋文化子产业,将促进我国战略性新兴产业的发展并且有利于我国就业问题的解决。本文运用案例分析法,详细研究了我国四大海洋文化子产业的就业拉动效果,并且针对我国海洋文化产业在实现就业方面存在的问题,确定了政府引导、企业研发、科技投入、吸纳人才的海洋文化产业发展路径。
At present, the marine economy and cultural industries have become an important area that can not be ignored in the development of our country. Studying coastal tourism, marine festival exhibition industry, leisure sports industry involving the sea, the four marine culture sub-industries involving the art of the sea will promote the development of China’s strategic emerging industries and will be beneficial to the solution of employment problems in our country. This article uses the case analysis method to study in detail the employment stimulating effects of the four major marine culture sub-industries in our country. In view of the problems existing in the realization of the employment of the marine culture industry in our country, this paper identifies the ocean that the government guides, the enterprise research and development, the investment in science and technology, Cultural industry development path.
