测定了油酸钠与羟乙基化壬基酚非离子表面活性剂的单一和二元混合物在磷灰石矿物上的吸附量和接触角。研究了在有无非离子表面活性剂存在的情况下 ,Ca2 + 离子的影响。结果表明 ,磷灰石表面上油酸吸附多层和Ca2 + 离子的存在增加了它的吸附量 ,这是由于以油酸钙形式发生油酸盐表面沉淀而引起的。但是 ,由于表面活性剂间的竞争和使油酸盐离子不能以油酸钙的形式沉淀 ,非离子表面活性剂的存在降低了油酸的吸附量。羟乙基化的表面活性剂在磷灰石表面上的吸附层数和吸附量随每个分子中的羟乙基的个数增加而降低。当分别测定时 ,在油酸盐溶液中的接触角明显地比在非离子表面活性剂溶液中的接触角大。在两种药剂的浓度相对较低时 ,非离子表面活性剂NP -4的存在 ,增大了油酸盐溶液的接触角。
The adsorption capacity and contact angle of apatite minerals on single and binary mixtures of sodium oleate and hydroxyethylated nonylphenol nonionic surfactants were determined. The effect of Ca2 + ions in the presence of non-ionic surfactant was investigated. The results show that the presence of oleic acid-adsorbing multilayers and Ca2 + ions on the apatite surface increases its adsorption capacity due to the surface precipitation of oleate as calcium oleate. However, the presence of non-ionic surfactants reduces the amount of oleic acid adsorbed due to competition between surfactants and the inability of oleate ions to precipitate as calcium oleate. The number of adsorbed layers and the adsorbed amount of the hydroxyethylated surfactant on the apatite surface decreases as the number of hydroxyethyl groups per molecule increases. When measured separately, the contact angle in the oleate solution is significantly greater than the contact angle in the nonionic surfactant solution. The presence of non-ionic surfactant NP-4 increases the contact angle of the oleate solution at relatively low concentrations of both agents.
