智慧城市是信息时代的城市新形态,是将信息技术广泛应用到城市的规划、服务和管理过程中,通过市民、企业、政府、第三方组织的共同参与,对城市各类资源进行科学配置,提升城市的竞争力和吸引力,实现创新低碳的产业经济、绿色友好的城市环境、高效科学的政府治理,最终实现市民高品质的生活。随着人类社会的不断发展,未来城市将承载越来越多的人口。目前,我国正处于城镇化加速发展的时期,部分地区“城市病”问题日益严峻。为解决城市发展难题,实现城市可持续发展,建设智慧城市已成为当今世界城市发展不可逆转的历史潮流。
Smart city is a new form of city in the information age. It is widely applied to the planning, service and management of the city. Through the joint participation of citizens, enterprises, governments and third-party organizations, the city is equipped with all kinds of resources in a scientific manner. Enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of the city, innovate a low-carbon industrial economy, a green and friendly urban environment, efficient and scientific government governance, and ultimately achieve a high quality of life for the public. With the continuous development of human society, the future city will host an increasingly large population. At present, our country is in a period of accelerating urbanization. In some areas, the issue of “urban disease” is becoming more and more serious. In order to solve the difficult problem of urban development and realize the sustainable development of the city, building a smart city has become an irreversible historical trend in urban development in the world today.
