设计50TPD脱溶干燥塔,选用填料式塔。利用气相负荷因子法计算空塔气速,并根据气体流量计算出塔径约0.6m。还首次利用ASPEN PLUS软件计算出填料塔的等板高度,再根据填料性质计算出填料高度。
Design 50TPD desolventizing tower, use packed tower. The gas tower load factor method is used to calculate the air column velocity and the tower diameter is calculated according to the gas flow rate of about 0.6m. Also for the first time using ASPEN PLUS software to calculate the plate height of the packing tower, and then calculate the packing height according to the nature of the packing.
