为了研究金属液在多维振动条件下的充型过程,采用离散元法(DEM)对其充型过程进行了近似的数值模拟。振动参数依照正交试验法设计,并借助EDEM离散元软件对各组合方案进行了数值模拟,得到了瞬时充型状态及各试验指标对充型时间影响的显著性。在设计的多维振动铸造机上使用最优组合参数进行了试铸试验,结果表明,多维振动有助于提高金属液的充型能力。
In order to study the filling process of molten metal under multi-dimensional vibration conditions, the approximate numerical simulation of filling process was carried out by the discrete element method (DEM). The vibration parameters were designed according to the orthogonal test method. The EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate each combination scheme. The instantaneous filling status and the significance of each test index on the filling time were obtained. The cast-in test was carried out on the designed multi-dimensional vibration casting machine using the optimal combination of parameters. The results show that the multi-dimensional vibration helps to improve the chargeability of the molten metal.
