目的了解注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童合并破坏性行为的影响因素。方法中国人民解放军第463医院等应用Achenbach儿童行为量表,对2003年11月至2005年5月就诊于中南大学湘雅二医院儿童心理门诊的114例ADHD儿童进行评定,根据父母教养方式中对儿童的责打次数分为“不打”,“有时打”和“经常打”3组,对是否合并破坏性行为障碍(DBD)进行Logistic逐步回归分析。结果被父母责打的ADHD儿童比不挨打儿童存在更多的行为问题,以外化性问题(攻击、违纪)为特征,并伴有内化性问题(躯体主诉、焦虑/抑郁)和社交问题、思维问题等,尤其是经常被打的儿童;ADHD合并DBD的影响因素为:父母打孩子每周2次以上、ADHD混合型、儿童年龄大。结论打骂教育与ADHD儿童的行为问题有关,是ADHD发展为DBD的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of destructive behavior in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Achenbach Children’s Behavior Scale was applied to the 463 Hospital of People’s Liberation Army and other 114 children with ADHD in Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from November 2003 to May 2005. According to the parents’ The number of children’s beatings was divided into three groups, “do not hit”, “sometimes beaten” and “often beaten”, to conduct Logistic stepwise regression analysis on whether or not to incorporate disruptive behavior disorder (DBD). As a result, ADHD children who were beaten up by their parents had more behavioral problems than those who did not be beaten. They were also characterized by externalization problems (attack and discipline) and internalized problems (body complaints, anxiety and depression) and social problems. Thinking problems, especially for children who are often beaten. The influencing factors of ADHD combined with DBD are: parents beat children more than twice a week, ADHD mixed, children are older. Conclusion The abuse of education is related to the behavioral problems of children with ADHD and is a risk factor for the development of ADHD.
