本文采用支气管肺泡灌洗、分析灌洗液的方法,对沈阳市两地区飘尘进行毒性比较,看出两地区飘尘均能引起不同程度的大鼠肺急性炎症和肺细胞损伤,同一剂量染毒动物污染区大鼠肺损伤较清洁区为重,并恢复较慢。同时看到飘尘毒性与其理化特性有关。随染毒剂量毒性增强,呈剂量—效应关系。
In this paper, the method of bronchoalveolar lavage and analysis of lavage fluid was used to compare the toxicity of flying dust in two areas in Shenyang City. It was found that the floating dust in both areas could cause acute lung injury and pulmonary cell injury in rats of different degrees. The lung injury in the contaminated area was heavier than that in the clean area and recovered slowly. At the same time to see the dust and toxicity of the physical and chemical properties related. With dose toxicity increased toxicity showed a dose-response relationship.
