从马尾松根、茎、叶分离出21株内生真菌,应用酸热法提取4株优势菌株油脂,测定油脂含量,并采用气相色谱–质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析油脂组分.结果表明:4株马尾松内生真菌均含有油脂,油脂含量均达20%以上,最高含量达30.13%.4株菌都含有脂肪酸,且均占油脂提取物的64%以上,不饱和脂肪酸含量均达46%以上.油脂组分主要为棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、反油酸等,其中油酸含量最大,达42.08%.因此,马尾松内生真菌可作为一种新的微生物资源用于微生物油脂生产,具有很高的开发利用价值.
Twenty-one strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Pinus massoniana, and four strains of dominant oil were extracted by acid-hot method to determine the oil content.
