目的通过对气滞湿阻证代谢综合征大鼠模型血浆标本进行代谢组学检测,寻找特征性代谢产物,诠释代谢物与生理病理变化的相对关系,从而揭示气滞湿阻证代谢综合征中医证候本质。方法健康雄性SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组和模型组,模型组复制制成气滞湿阻证代谢综合征。运用超高压液相色谱-四极杆-时间飞行串联质谱仪技术检测两组血浆样本中的小分子代谢产物,对所得到的代谢指纹图谱进行主成分分析和偏最小二乘法-判别分析,找出具有差异的特征代谢物。结果找到了潜在生物标志物,主要有β-羟丁酸、乙酰乙酸、丙酮酸、丝氨酸、溶血磷脂酰胆碱、N-乙酰胺基-2-脱氧-D-葡糖、同型半胱氨酸等。结论气滞湿阻证代谢综合征的发生与糖类、脂类、蛋白质代谢紊乱有关,这些体内的小分子化合物可能是代谢综合征中医证候的物质基础。
