根据安徽省总工会的工作要求,合肥市总工会对非公企业职代会建设请进行了认真自查、评估和总结。本文根据调查结果,就非公企业职代会制度建设进行了初步探讨。基本情况(一)合肥市2015年已建工会的非公有制企业职代会建制率达82%;70%以上的公司制企业建立职工董事职工监事制度。据统计,已建工会的非公有制企业17846家,召开职代会15169家,职代会建制率85%;开展民主评议企业领导人15268家,占85.5%。建立区域性职代会数6908家,
According to the work requirements of the Anhui Federation of Trade Unions, the Federation of Hefei Federation of Trade Unions on behalf of the workers congress please carefully self-examination, assessment and summary. Based on the survey results, this article has carried on the preliminary discussion to the non-public enterprise worker representative conference system construction. Basic information (1) The non-public ownership of workers’ congresses in Hefei has been established in 2015, with the rate of 82%; while more than 70% of the enterprises under the system have established the system of employee directors and supervisors for employees.
