本文以高职专任教师胜任力特征模型为标准,开展教师胜任力现状调研,解析继续教育需求,有针对性地确定教师继续教育类型、设计教育内容、选用教学方法、构建评估模式,以期在提升高职专任教师教育教学、科学研究、社会服务等显性岗位胜任力水平的同时,更凸显工作态度、职业素养、自我管理等隐性胜任力的培育,全面提高教师个体与组织整体的绩效水平,改善高职教育教学的质量。
