有“法”可依国务院早在1984年2月27日就发布了《关于在我国统一实行法定计量单位的命令》;1986年7月1日我国开始实施《中华人民共和国计量法》,该法明确规定,我国各个领域都必须使用法定计量单位。国务院于1984年通过的《全面推行我国法定计量单位的意见》中也规定,在1991年1月1日以前全国应全面完成法定计量单位(以下简称法定单位)的过渡,并要求教育部门“七、五”期间要在所有新编教材中普遍使用法定单位。犯“法”种种通过调查,我们发现,在有些地方和学校,上述法规并没有得到很好落实,比如
