1前言随着对柴油机性能及可靠性要求的日益提高,高压油管逐渐得到了柴油机设计和制造部门的重视。连接喷油泵和喷油器的高压油管是喷油系统中的重要部件。内径为1.6~2.0mm的高压油管,在柴油机正常运行时的管内压力可达700kgf/cm~2,管内燃油流速约21m/s,管内压力波传播速度达1500m/s。油管内径和长度对柴油机性能有重大影响。本文分别就高压油管的材料、内径、密封性和清洁度等问题进行探讨。图1表示最简单的高压油管部件,它由油管、护套(或垫圈)及并紧螺母等基本元件组成。
1 Introduction With the increasing demand for performance and reliability of diesel engines, high pressure tubing has gradually gained the attention of diesel engine design and manufacturing departments. The high-pressure tubing that connects the injection pump to the fuel injector is an important part of the fuel injection system. The inner diameter of 1.6 ~ 2.0mm high-pressure tubing, the normal operation of the diesel engine pressure up to 700kgf / cm ~ 2, the fuel flow velocity of about 21m / s, the pressure wave propagation velocity of 1500m / s. Tubing diameter and length have a significant impact on diesel engine performance. This article separately discusses the material, inner diameter, tightness and cleanliness of high pressure tubing. Figure 1 shows the simplest high-pressure tubing component consisting of tubing, sheathing (or washers), and union nuts.
