取正常成人20例(男10例、女10例),于9:00,10:30,12:00,13:30四次取血,了解空腹性别差异;食日常饮食(蛋白质摄入量 lg/kg/day)餐后血浆 FAA 变化,结果表明:空腹女性多数 AA 值比男性低,女性空腹与餐后 FAA 相比多数 AA 值显示餐后升高,其峰值在餐后2小时内,而男性则相对稳定。该资料提示,正常成人血浆 FAA 显著差别是空腹与非空腹组,性别差异也很明显。因此我们认为在解释血浆 FAA 值考虑到上述因素是很重要的,尤其在做为疾病诊断指标时则更为重要。
Take 20 normal adults (10 males and 10 females), at 9: 00,10: 30,12: 00,13: 30 blood four times to understand the difference in fasting gender; eating daily diet (protein intake lg / kg / day).
