本文提出了一种新的相控阵检测的方法,采用合成聚焦代替动态聚焦,无需制作实际的控制超声延时发射的电路,并根据此方法,研制开发了基于计算机的一套64通道线性超声阵列的采集和信号处理实验系统。实验结果表明,这种相控阵信号处理方法,能改善信噪比,提高横向和纵向分辨率,可实际应用于工业无损检测。此外,这种新型相控阵处理技术,能提取被检测物的声阻抗、声速、频散、散射体物性等信息,可以作为一种有效的研究手段。
In this paper, a new method of phased array detection is proposed, which uses synthetic focusing instead of dynamic focusing and does not need to make the actual circuit to control the ultrasonic delay launch. Based on this method, a computer-based 64-channel linear ultrasound Array acquisition and signal processing experiment system. The experimental results show that the phased array signal processing method can improve the signal to noise ratio and improve the horizontal and vertical resolution, which can be applied to industrial nondestructive testing. In addition, the new phased array processing technology can extract information of acoustic impedance, velocity of sound, dispersion and scatterers’ physical properties of the detected object, which can be used as an effective research method.
