1997年下半年,为了适应全市旅游 事业的发展形势,进一步加快市属旅游企业的改革与发展,强化全市旅游行政管理,市委、市政府决定对我市的旅游管理体制进行改革。1998年2月28日,北京旅游集团有限责任公司正式成立;与此同时,重新调整行政职能与机构、人员编制的北京市旅游事业管理局也以崭新的形象开始运转。这标志着北京市旅游行政管理体制实现了政企分开的根本性改革。
In the second half of 1997, in order to adapt to the development of tourism in the city, to further accelerate the reform and development of municipal tourism enterprises and to strengthen the city’s tourism administration, the municipal party committee and municipal government decided to reform the city’s tourism administration system. On February 28, 1998, Beijing Tourism Group Co., Ltd. was formally established. At the same time, Beijing Tourism Bureau, which readjusted its administrative functions, institutions and staffing, started its operation with a brand new image. This marks the Beijing Municipal Tourism Administration system to achieve a fundamental reform of the separation of government and enterprises.
