新课程改革实行至今,“师者”不再是课堂上传统的传授者和主导者,而应具备更加深入的内涵——“合格的引领者”。2015年江西省中小学(幼儿园)优秀教学课例现场展示交流活动成功在江西上饶举行,来自全省各地的优秀教师汇聚在一起,呈现课堂艺术,交流教学心得。其中,丰城一中付碧芳老师的《探究蚂蚁的通讯行为》一课为我们诠释了“如何做一个合格的课堂引领者”。
