目的:观察局部注射羟基乙酸对裸鼠移植性肝癌的治疗作用,为临床应用此方法治疗肝癌提供实验依据。方法:建立裸鼠移植性肝癌模型,分别注入不同浓度的羟基乙酸及无水乙醇,观察治疗后裸鼠肿瘤体积及器官组织超微结构的变化。结果:羟基乙酸对裸鼠移植瘤治疗效果显著,治疗组裸鼠肿瘤体积明显小于无水乙醇组(P<0.05),光镜与电镜观察结果进一步证实羟基乙酸对裸鼠肿瘤产生了更强大的坏死作用。结论:羟基乙酸的肿瘤灭活效应明显大于无水乙醇,有望作为一种新的化学灭活剂代替无水乙醇局部注射治疗肝癌。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of local injection of glycolic acid on transplanted liver cancer in nude mice and provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of this method in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods: The model of transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mice was established. Different concentrations of glycolic acid and ethanol were injected into the nude mice to observe the changes of the tumor volume and ultrastructure in the nude mice. Results: The effect of glycolic acid on nude mice xenografts was significant. The tumor volume of nude mice in treatment group was significantly smaller than that of ethanol group (P <0.05). The results of light microscope and electron microscope further confirmed that glycolic acid produced more powerful Necrosis. Conclusion: The inactivation effect of glycolic acid is obviously higher than that of absolute ethanol, which is expected to be used as a new chemical inactivator instead of absolute ethanol for local injection in the treatment of liver cancer.
