热电偶在工业领域内应用非常广泛,凡要对机件温度进行监测的地方,大多是利用热电偶采样。我矿抽风机轴承温度的测量就是利用热电偶进行采样的。近几年因地方小井的乱采乱挖,致使抽风机房变形严重,机器运行的振动量显著增大,这样就导致热电偶经常损坏。损坏形式大多是在热电阻的引出线端断线,损坏后无法修复,损坏最多时一个月达18支,影响生产。 Thermocouples in the industrial field is widely used, where the temperature of the parts to be monitored, mostly the use of thermocouple sampling.
