This technical diagnostic device is a general-purpose technical diagnostic device that comprehensively examines the technical status of a locomotive on the ground. This talk will briefly explain the structure and principle of five typical locomotive ground-based general diagnostic equipment. (A) Search Type Diagnostic Device in the United States This is a diagnostic device manufactured by the United States that comprehensively tests the technical condition of the electrical system of a diesel locomotive. Since 1966, the United States South Pacific Railway has started to use this diagnostic device.
