我厂生产的QY250-13/32型矿用掩护支架机座,是用16Mn钢板拼焊而成的。其中机座的主立筋板为切割件,厚度为30毫米,形状如图1所示。开始下料时,我们是把零件样板固定在切割机型臂上,由于型臂只能随轴转动,故钢板位置得随样板挪动才能进行下料(板料规格为9000×1800×30毫米)。每切割一块后,须用吊车起吊调整方向,然后靠人工用撬杠挪动。劳动强度大,工作效率低,每班只能切割6~7块。为解决上述问题,我们试制了仿形切割机样板转
