MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是长度约22个核苷酸左右的内源性、非编码RNA。在心血管疾病状态下,如增殖性血管疾病,心脏肥大,心功不全和缺血性心脏病的心血管组织中,miRNA-21表达下调。miRNA-21在血管平滑肌细胞的增殖、凋亡,心肌细胞生长、死亡及心肌细胞纤维化方面起着重要作用,已被证实参与上述疾病发病过程。程序性细胞死亡4(Programmed cell death4,PDCD4)、第10染色体去除的磷酸酶和弹力蛋白同工异构体(Phosphatase and tensin homology deleted from chromosome10,PTEN)、sprouty1、sprouty2是miRNA-21影响心血管功能的靶基因。本文就miRNA-21在心血管疾病中的作用进行综述。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous, non-coding RNAs that are about 22 nucleotides in length. In cardiovascular conditions, such as proliferative vascular disease, cardiac hypertrophy, cardiac insufficiency and ischemic heart disease in the cardiovascular tissue, miRNA-21 expression was down-regulated. MiRNA-21 plays an important role in the proliferation, apoptosis, cardiomyocyte growth, death and cardiomyocyte fibrosis of vascular smooth muscle cells and has been shown to be involved in the pathogenesis of these diseases. Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4), Phosphatase and tensin homology deleted from chromosome 10 (PTEN), sprouty1, and sprouty2 are the hallmarks of miRNA-21 affecting cardiovascular Functional target genes. This article reviews the role of miRNA-21 in cardiovascular disease.
