日照电厂一期工程主蒸汽管道使用的管材首次采用A335P91钢材 ,按照外方提供的焊接工艺卡进行工艺试验的结果 ,硬度值偏高 ,冲击功达不到规定的要求。经分析 ,这是由于焊接电流偏大、焊层过厚、加热速度快、保温时间不足所造成。经修改焊接参数后 ,问题得到解决 ;并通过全过程实行专人监督的措施 ,确保了焊接质量一次合格率达到 10 0 %。
For the first time, the pipe used in the main steam pipe of the first phase of the Rizhao Power Plant adopts A335P91 steel. The result of the process test according to the welding technology card provided by the foreign party shows that the hardness value is high and the impact energy fails to meet the stipulated requirements. The analysis, which is due to the welding current is too large, thick welding layer, heating speed, insulation caused by lack of time. After the modification of the welding parameters, the problem was solved; and through the whole process of implementing supervision by special measures to ensure the welding quality of a pass rate of 10%.
