分别采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)和有氧烧结(AS)制备Ni60B自熔合金,分析比较不同的烧结方法对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明:相对于有氧烧结,SPS制备的Ni60B合金组织更加均匀致密,晶粒细小,孔隙率低,γ-Ni固溶体基体上分布着更多的CrB、Ni3B、Fe3C和Cr7C3等硬质相;硬度提高6~7 HRC,密度提高0.96%~1.30%,耐磨性提高69%左右。
The Ni60B self-fluxing alloys were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) and aerobic sintering (AS) respectively. The effects of different sintering methods on their microstructure and properties were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of Ni60B alloy prepared by SPS is more uniform and compact with smaller grains and lower porosity than that of SPS, and more hard phases such as CrB, Ni3B, Fe3C and Cr7C3 are distributed on the γ-Ni solid solution matrix. Hardness increased 6 ~ 7 HRC, density increased 0.96% ~ 1.30%, wear resistance increased by 69%.
