在研究钻井泵阀的运动规律时,为了避免因纯理论的推导而得出不切实际的结论,在泵阀试验台上采用自行设计的测试系统,对泵阀位移及运动规律进行了测试。通过测试和分析,得出了泵阀关闭速度与泵压基本无关、泵阀关闭时的冲击能较小的结论。实践表明,泵阀位移及运动规律的测试精度能满足理论分析的要求。
In order to avoid the unrealistic conclusion of purely theoretical derivation, a self-designed test system was used on the pump valve test bench to test the displacement and movement of the pump valve. Through the test and analysis, it is concluded that the closing speed of the pump valve is basically independent of the pump pressure, and the impact energy of the valve when closed is small. Practice shows that the valve displacement and movement of the test accuracy can meet the theoretical analysis requirements.
