早先的啤酒酿造工业大多只有一个化验室。顾名思义,一个啤酒厂的化验室充其量只是为生产提供分析数据,协助生产部门进行生产中的调节控制。后来发展成了质检部(Quality Control),也有叫品质部或其它的,除了进行化验分析之外,还制定一系列内控标准,并建议生产部门产品/半成品要符合控制标准。90年代以来,质量保证部(Quality As-surance),一种系统的、全方位的产品质量保证机构在质检部的基础上发展起来。下面简单介绍一下质量保证部的主要职能领域。
Most of the earlier beer brewing industry had only one laboratory. As the name suggests, the laboratory of a brewery can only provide analysis data for production and assist the production department in the regulation of production. Later it was developed into the Quality Control Department, also called the Quality Department or others. In addition to performing laboratory analysis, it also developed a series of internal control standards and suggested that the production department’s products/semi-finished products should meet the control standards. Since the 1990s, Quality Assurance, a systematic and comprehensive product quality assurance organization, has been developed on the basis of the Quality Inspection Department. The following briefly introduces the main functional areas of the Quality Assurance Department.
