火力发电厂中锅炉“四管”是重要设备之一,锅炉“四管”的安全稳定运行,与发电机组的安全稳定经济运行是密不可分的。火电机组一旦发生锅炉“四管”泄漏就只有强迫停炉,进行抢修,严重影响火力发电厂的正常生产,造成巨大的经济损失。简要分析了锅炉“四管”泄漏的原因,对新建火力发电厂锅炉安装过程中应注意的事项进行了阐述,提出了防止锅炉“四管”泄漏的综合技术措施。
Thermal power plant boiler “four tubes ” is one of the important equipment, boiler “four tubes ” safe and stable operation, and generator set safe and stable economic operation are inseparable. In the event of a boiler “four-tube ” leakage, the thermal power unit only forced to shut down the furnace and repaired it, seriously affecting the normal production of thermal power plants and causing huge economic losses. This paper briefly analyzes the causes of boiler “four pipes ” leakage, explains the items to be noticed in the process of boiler installation in new thermal power plants, and puts forward the comprehensive technical measures to prevent boiler “four pipes ” leakage.
