随着我国经济的发展,城市小轿车的数量剧增,而且相对集中于大城市,由此而带来的停车压国明显增加。为了解决这个日益突出的问题,建设部及各城市规划管理部门都对新建、改建等建筑提出了相应的停车量要求和指标。为解决车位数量以及地面用地条件限制的要求,一般高层住宅小区均设置地下停车库。地下车库具有许多的优点,首先,可以在地面空间相当狭窄的情况下提供大量停车位,节约城市用地。其次,地下车库本身作为经济开发对象,它可以作为一种物业,出租或出售给使用者。地下室车库的大小、规模受地形条件、规划条件,高层住宅塔楼、裙楼柱网、车库柱网布置、综合管线、防火要求等条件关系密切,影响也较大,因此着重对高层住宅小区地下车库设计进行浅析。
