目的:探讨海岛地区儿童血清钙、磷水平及在儿童成长过程中的变化趋势和影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2007年4~12月对我县1418名4~18岁健康儿童进行血清钙和无机磷测定以及饮食情况调查,并对血清钙、磷水平与性别、年龄、身高、体重及饮食的关系进行统计分析。结果:海岛地区儿童的血清钙为(2.40±0.13)mmol/L,与年龄、身高、体重均呈正相关(P<0.01),城镇儿童明显高于乡镇儿童[城镇(2.42±0.13)mmol/L,乡镇(2.37±0.12)mmol/L,P<0.01]。血清无机磷为(1.41±0.17)mmol/L,与年龄、身高、体重均呈负相关(P<0.01),城镇儿童明显高于乡镇儿童[城镇(1.44±0.18)mmol/L,乡镇(1.38±0.13)mmol/L,P<0.01]。[Ca].[P]浓度(mmol/L)乘积为(3.38±0.46),13~14岁达到峰值3.40±0.47后,随着年龄增加而降低。结论:海岛地区儿童血清钙、无机磷水平和年龄、身高、体重有相关性,它们的水平和北京地区相比,低于北京城区儿童但高于郊区儿童。
Objective: To explore the serum calcium and phosphorus levels in children in island areas and their changing trend and influencing factors in children’s growth. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate serum calcium and inorganic phosphorus and diet in 1418 healthy children aged 4-18 years in our county from April to December in 2007. The serum calcium and phosphorus levels and gender , Age, height, weight and diet were statistically analyzed. Results: Serum calcium in children in island area was (2.40 ± 0.13) mmol / L, which was positively correlated with age, height and weight (P <0.01), and children in town were significantly higher than those in township children [2.42 ± 0.13 mmol / L , Township (2.37 ± 0.12) mmol / L, P <0.01]. The level of inorganic phosphorus in serum was (1.41 ± 0.17) mmol / L, and was negatively correlated with age, height and weight (P <0.01). The urban children were significantly higher than those of township children [1.44 ± 0.18 mmol / L ± 0.13) mmol / L, P <0.01]. The product of [Ca]. [P] concentration (mmol / L) was (3.38 ± 0.46) and reached the peak of 3.40 ± 0.47 at 13 ~ 14 years old. Conclusion: Serum calcium and inorganic phosphorus in children in island area are related to age, height and weight. Their levels are lower than those in Beijing but higher than those in suburbs.
