目的研究庚型肝炎病毒(GBV-C/HGV)与 HBV 和 HCV 联合或重叠感染的情况,方法采用 ELISA 的方法检测血液制剂和血源乙肝疫苗原料血浆中的 HBsAg 和抗-HCV;并用5′非编码区的引物,用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测 GBV-C/HGV RNA。结果 HBsAg 和抗 HCV 均阴性血浆的 GBV-C/HGV RNA 阳性率为18.8%(15/80);HBsAg 阳性而抗 HCV 阴性血浆的 GBV-C/HGV RNA 阳性率为29.4%(5/17);HBsAg 和抗 HCV 均阳性血浆的GBV-C/HGV RNA 阳性率为46.0%(29/63)。结论该供血人群中 GBV-C/HGV 与 HBV 和 HCV 联合或重叠感染率高于单独感染。
Objective To study the combined or overlapping infection of hepatitis B virus (GV-C / HGV) with HBV and HCV, and to detect the levels of HBsAg and anti-HCV in blood plasma and plasma of hepatitis B vaccine by ELISA. Non-coding region primers were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) GBV-C / HGV RNA. Results The positive rate of GBV-C / HGV RNA was 18.8% (15/80) in both HBsAg and anti-HCV positive plasma. The positive rate of GBV-C / HGV RNA in HBsAg positive and anti-HCV negative plasma was 29.4% (5/17) The positive rate of GBV-C / HGV RNA in HBsAg and anti-HCV positive plasma was 46.0% (29/63). Conclusion The combined or overlapping rates of GBV-C / HGV, HBV and HCV in this donor population are higher than those of infected individuals alone.
