各行各业都有创业家,电子行业自然不能例外.世界电子行业有多少企业家,不知其详,这里仅就笔者所知,略举一二,只是管中窥豹.有些公司的名字和创业者联在一起,例如,美国的HP(惠普),原是两名创业者Hewlett和Packard的合璧.此外,Cray公司,Wang Labs(王安),日本的松下,德国的西门子,英国的马可尼,荷兰的飞利浦等都是.有些公司虽没有使用创业者的名字,然而公司的发迹起家,绝不可和他们分离开来.这样的创业家也有许多,像IBM公司的Thomas Watson父子、DEC公司的Ken Olsen、Intel公司的Andrew Grove、Gordon Moors和Robert Noyce,Micro-soft公司的Bill Gates,Apple公司的Steven Jobs和StevenWozniak,Sun公司的Scott McNealy,日本Sony(索尼)公司的井深大和盛田昭夫,韩国三星公司的李秉哲,台湾宏碁(Acer)公司的施振荣等.在世界计算机出版界,本刊美方合资公司IDG的Patrick McGovern也是位名闻全球的创业家.
