氧气顶吹转炉未燃烟气净化回收系统工程,已在上钢一厂、上钢三厂成功地正常运行十多年。本文介绍了整个流程的情况,主要设备的设计及一些改进。其中若干设施已超过了国外同类设备。本系统排放烟尘浓度在150mg/M~3 以下,达到国家排放标准。每炼一吨钢可回收转炉烟气50~60M~3(50~60%CO),蒸汽90~100kg(压力7~13kg/cm~2)。起到了良好的保护环境,节能利废作用。付产品扣去运行折旧等开支,每年净盈利68.06万元,三年左右的时间内即可回收全部基建投资。
