本文回顾了地震烈度在我国抗震规范中的作用,并从抗震理论的发展,指出地震烈度概念与规范对地震动的规定之间的矛盾,以及对进一步改进的束缚。这一矛盾主要表现在地震烈度要求简单而综合,但抗震设计则要求分清引起结构破坏的不同因素,以便对症下药地采取有效措施。文中提出在抗震规范中不再采用烈度而直接规定地震动参数进行计算,按震级与震中距离规定抗震构造措施。最后,本文在借用国外地震动观测资料上对比了现行规范与建议方法的合理程度;并以一个具体例子对比了两种方法的结果。
This article reviews the role of seismic intensity in China’s seismic codes, and from the development of seismic theory, it points out the contradiction between the concepts and norms of earthquake intensity and the constraints on ground motion, as well as the constraints on further improvement. This contradiction is mainly manifested in the fact that seismic intensity requirements are simple and comprehensive, but seismic design requires that the different factors that cause structural damage be clearly identified so that effective measures can be taken to treat the disease. In the paper, it is proposed that seismic parameters should not be directly specified using seismic intensity in seismic codes, and earthquake-resistant structural measures should be provided according to magnitude and epicenter distance. Finally, this paper compares the reasonableness of current norms and proposed methods with the use of foreign ground motion observations, and compares the results of the two methods with a concrete example.
