“当事人评议机制”是检察机关为保障当事人对检察机关执法办案的知情权、参与权和监督权,提升检察机关的执法公信力和社会形象的一项新举措。从目前的运作情况来看,该机制取得的成效是明显的,但同时也暴露出一些问题。本文将结合滨州市检察机关当事人评议机制的开展情况,就该机制存在的理论根据、做法与成效、存在的问题及下一步的完善举措等方面提出一些粗浅的认识。
“Party appraisal mechanism ” is a new measure procuratorial organs protect the public’s right of information, participation and supervision over law enforcement and prosecution of procuratorial organs, and enhancing the prosecutorial authority’s credibility and social image. Judging from the current operational situation, the effectiveness of the mechanism is obvious, but some problems have also been revealed. Based on the development of the appraisal mechanism of the parties in procuratorial organs in Binzhou, this article will put forward some superficial understandings on the theoretical basis, practices and achievements of the mechanism, existing problems and measures for further improvement.
