“三自教学”是一种新的教学模式,它的出现引起了广大体育教师的关注和讨论。教学实践表明:在中学体育课中实行“三自教学”是切实可行的。教师只要在教育教学中注意做到:充分发挥主导找准切入点,合理搭配教材给学生创设环境,注重小组间合作并完善评分机制激励学生自主。通过学生自定内容、自学、自练,发现问题、解决问题,在这一学习过程中,促进学生身心健康地发展,培养学生自主学习的能力和创新性思维。
“Three self-teaching ” is a new teaching mode, its emergence has attracted the attention of the majority of physical education teachers and discussion. Teaching practice shows that practicing “three self-teaching ” in middle school PE is practicable. As long as teachers in education and teaching to do: give full play to the dominant point of entry, reasonable with textbooks to create environment for students, focus on cooperation between groups and improve the scoring system to motivate students to autonomy. Through the students self-content, self-study, self-practice, identify problems and solve problems, in this learning process, to promote the healthy development of students, develop students’ ability of independent learning and innovative thinking.
