衡阳县金兰寺镇联江村,20个村民小组,565户,2158人,有水田1380亩,旱土60亩,养鱼水面72.8亩。近年来,该村把养鱼作为发展多种经营一个主要项目抓,池塘鲜鱼亩产连续五年跨500公斤,1991年又有新的发展,全村鲜鱼总产44044公斤,亩产605公斤,创全县池塘亩产鲜鱼最高水平。该村池塘养鱼能够稳步发展,长盛不衰,靠的是科技兴渔。其具体作法是: 第一、抓池塘建设,创造高产良好条件。优越的池塘条件是高产的基础。该村严格按照科学养鱼要求,狠抓鱼塘改造、维修和清淤工作。村支部规定:修好一口石砌塘,由村补助50～100元。1987年以来,全村利用鱼塘承包款2.1万元,建设高
