针对供应商的失效风险,提出了基于可靠性的供应商选择方法。首先提出了供应商选择的可靠性指标体系,然后基于ANP方法和0-1整数规划提出供应商选择方法。该方法通过ANP方法能充分考虑指标之间的相互影响与制约关系,对各供应商的可靠性进行合理评价;进一步利用模糊数来衡量模糊和不确定指标,以可靠性为目标函数建立模糊0-1整数规划确定最佳的供应商组合。
In view of the supplier’s failure risk, a reliability-based supplier selection method is proposed. Firstly, the reliability index system of supplier selection is put forward, then the supplier selection method is proposed based on ANP method and 0-1 integer programming. This method can take the ANP method into full account of the mutual influence and restriction between indicators and make reasonable appraisals on the reliability of each supplier. By using fuzzy numbers to measure the fuzzy and uncertain indicators, the fuzzy objective function is established to establish the fuzzy 0 -1 integer programming to determine the best supplier combination.
