我们对1985年在三岔口区线索调查发现的93名菌阳肺结核病人,采用12个月疗程的全程管理化疗。54例初治及39例复治菌阳病例分别采用2HSP/10HP及2HSR(D)/10HR(D)或2HER/6HR方案治疗。结果初复治坚持规则治疗者75例(80.7％),初治痰菌阴转率90.8％;复治为87.2％。不同阶段痰菌阴转情况见附表。
We conducted 93 census positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in a clues survey conducted in Sancha Pass in 1985 and adopted a full-course management chemotherapy for 12 months. 54 cases of initial treatment and 39 cases of retreatment bacilli positive cases were treated with 2HSP / 10HP and 2HSR (D) / 10HR (D) or 2HER / 6HR regimen. Results Early treatment adhere to the rule of treatment in 75 patients (80.7%), initial sputum negative conversion rate of 90.8%; retreatment was 87.2%.
